According to the investigation, he heard a man's refusal, he was brutally beaten. After that, the Russian military broke into his house and threatened to kill. Ukrainian law enforcement officers identified the Russian military, who is suspected of violating the laws and customs of war - he tortured and beat the locals during the occupation of Kharkiv region. This was reported on Friday, October 27, in the press service of the Attorney General's office.

According to the investigation, in April 2022 in the village of Pervomaisk Kupyansk district, the suspect, along with other Russian invaders, decided to take revenge on a local resident. The revenge was for the fact that the Russian military stopped her husband with his wife and a young daughter at a checkpoint and tried to buy a girl for 200 thousand rubles. The child's father refused to be brutally beaten.

Subsequently, the Russian military came to the house of the family and again beat the man, threatening him with murder. The investigation also found that the suspect, together with other occupiers, beat the entrepreneur in the village of Zoryanskoye, who, in their opinion, hid the weapon of his daughter -in -law, Ukrainian police. The suspect is currently wanted. An investigation is underway to establish other Russian servicemen involved in these crimes.
