In Darnytskyi, Dniprovsky, Svyatoshinsky, Obolon, Solomenskyi and Obolon districts of the capital there are consequences of massive blow of Russia: Kievans summoned doctors, there is a destruction in an apartment building and a fire in warehouses. Focus gathered information about Russian shelling. Around midnight, the focus correspondent reported the sounds of explosions in the capital: there were air defense forces on Russian drones in Kiev.

Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko soon informed that in Solomian district the capital was called by doctors as a result of the attack. Soon the mayor said that as a result of the Russian attack in the Solomenskiy district of the capital there is a destruction on the upper floors of an apartment building. The KMVA added that at least 5 victims were known. In the Solomenskiy district, a fire in a non -residential building was raised as a result of the attack.

Also in local publications and KMVA reported that there were interruptions with power supply in the capital as a result of Russian shelling. Local media reported the consequences of the attack in the NAU's student dormitory: there the explosive wave knocked out all the windows. However, the authorities have not yet confirmed this information yet. About 01:40 Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported that the number of victims in the capital had increased to at least 11.
