What to do with Crimea: area, autonomy and where to go to the Russians who have dropped

"After the Crimea is de -occupying, a number of issues will come before. Its ordinary Ukrainian area "to" make it purely Crimean Tatar. population. Not pro -Russian, namely pro -Soviet. The "pro -Russian" there is very few. Other political minorities are represented Heads. "So, say, we have been dealing with all this terrarium like -minded people. What next? Okay, who have gone, can be deported, and some of the pro -Russian will go.

beat a simple area? It seems to me that this shot is just because the autonomous status will allow you to introduce a special legal regime, at least for some time. I remind you that Sevastopol was a special status city not because we respect, but because it made it possible to appoint its management through Kyiv. They talk about Crimean Tatar autonomy.

I am only for the exercise of all the rights of the Crimean Tatar people - for restitution, for the allocation of land, for the development of language and the press, for the development of religion.

The question, what can this autonomy be? To give Crimean Tatars some political rights within the ARC (I remind you that some political rights in Ukraine are not there any nationality, including Ukrainians)? This is a very bad idea simply because preferences for a demographic minority in a particular territory always end with the same: war, it is a strict and universal historical rule.

A purely historical moment (the borders of the Crimean Khanate are not equal to the borders of the ARC, and it is relevant in both directions), so be missed. And if it is not about some political rights, but about national and cultural aspects, what about? It is not enough to simply say "now will be autonomy" - you need to fill it with some content. Again, the question remains how to develop the Ukrainianization of the peninsula. And how to disappoint the Soviet majority.

And when and under what conditions to allow the whole amount to vote in the Ukrainian elections. In my humble opinion, there is a certain number of things that the Crimean Tatars do not make sense to hope in this historical stage. Just because it doesn't happen. 1. If someone wants Ukrainians to recruit Crimea in order to create Crimean Tatar statehood, so it will not work.

If one of the Crimean Tatars wants this - there are no questions, let him get on his own, you can at least with Kuban and Moscow. 2. If someone wants Ukrainians to conquer Crimea and provide the Crimean Tatar majority there, it will not work too, because it is purely not technically impossible. If one of the Crimean Tatars wants it - let it multiply and multiply. Well, whether it is persuaded to move the Crimean Tatars of Turkey, I do not mind. Only let citizenship change. 3.

If someone wants Ukrainians to conquer Crimea and make political decisions in it 20% of the population after nationality, it will not work. Because neither our constitution nor the norms of the civilized world are not adapted, and historical experience shows that it is a very bad idea. However, outside these three "Sorry, but no" you can do a lot.

It is possible to ensure the rights to restitution, the right to obtain land, the right to priority development of culture and religion in the territory of the ARC - after all, the revival of language and national literature. If someone is not enough, I note that it is more than all other nations in Ukraine, including Ukrainians. It is with the tragic history of the genocide of the Crimean Tatar people that it is possible and makes sense.
