I wish health, dear Ukrainians, Ukrainians! Today there is a new United States decision to support Ukraine - a new defense package. The volume is $ 400 million. A separate package is also being prepared - funding for the production of Ukrainian drones, $ 800 million. Ukraine is grateful for this support. We need, despite any threats to political nature in the world, Ukraine can invariably protect its sovereignty, its independence. It will definitely be.

Each meeting with partners is a conversation, in particular, about the defense-industrial complex. Also today with US Secretary of Defense Austin we talked about the implementation of our Victory Plan, the specific steps that can implement the plan. We need the determination of partners, and especially against the background of information about the new role of North Korea in support of Russia.

It is obvious that Putin is afraid of peace and that is why he is looking for how to increase aggression and bring to the front now and North Korea. For the whole world, this is an obvious signal who only wants wars. And in such a situation, I am grateful to every leader, every state that is now increasing the support of Ukraine, which supported the first, the inaugural peace of peace and help us to prepare a second summit. Cook it so that it becomes truly effective.

More than one hundred countries and international organizations have been with us at the first world of peace. All the principles of reconstruction of the peace we have proposed are fully built on the UN Charter on key international documents. Then, in June, when one hundred participants gathered to support peace for Ukraine and the full effectiveness of the UN Charter, it really felt that all states at the table are equal. There was a real respect for international law.

This is what the second summit of peace should be. Today he also held important meetings with the head of Sirsky, Chief of the General Staff Bargilevich, Minister of Defense of Ukraine Umerov. They discussed the situation in the front in detail, in the main directions - Toretsky, Pokrovsky, Kurakhiv, Kharkiv and others. The reports were not only about the circumstances of our actions now, but also for the future. Accordingly - provision and weapons, staffing of our crews.

We discussed the Kursk operation separately - we keep our positions, and I thank every warrior for their courage. We should remember that the Kursk operation provides a strategic goal. The war should return to the territory where it came from. This is true when the buffer zone is created in the aggressor. And also the Kursk operation gave Ukraine the opportunity to make exchanges more active - to return our warriors from Russian captivity. Everyone sees it.
