The fighter of the 25th Separate Rifle Battalion of the 54th Separate Rifle Brigade of the Armed Forces Andriy Vaskov complained to the command, accusing him of being putting fighters in "educational houses", where they wipe phones and make them work. The response received from the Donetsk Zonal Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Ministry of Defense explained that the soldier was put in the basement due to air anxiety, when servicemen were recommended to be in safe places due to the probability of rocket strike in that area.
