In Russia, the deputy suggested to "mobilize" dogs to participate in the war against Ukraine

Homeless animals, according to a communist deputy from an eagle, can be trained to further undermine the Armed Forces equipment. Russia in a full -scale war against Ukraine can attract homeless dogs. This proposal was made by a deputy from the CPRF party from Orel Victor Makarov. In particular, during the City Council meeting, officials discussed the problem of homeless dogs in the city and creating appropriate shelters for them.

The CPRF deputy Viktor Makarov said during the discussion that animals can be involved in combat against Ukraine. According to the official, homeless dogs can be mobilized and undergo a little training. "I suggest raising these dogs for tanks," Makarov voiced his idea during a City Council meeting. Local media claim that an earlier communist deputy offered another "solution to a problem" with homeless dogs in Orly. In particular, Makarov wanted the animals to be sent to China.

Earlier in the media there was information that in Russia, summons to the military enlistment office began to be issued to foreign citizens. Thus, about 80 factory staff in Chelyabinsk, including those from Belarus and Uzbekistan, received a message demanding to appear at the Center. It was also reported that Russia is planning to carry out a new wave of hidden mobilization to complete the units that will participate in the war against Ukraine.
