"Collect even ordinary arrival reports": The expert told about the activity of Russian hackers (video)

Particular activity of the Khacker groups of cyberexers with Cert-UA was observed shortly before the war. Currently, Russian hackers who are maintained and controlled by the GRU and military intelligence of the Russian Federation are very interested in all information and statistics in Ukraine, as well as our country's steps on sanction pressure on Russia.

The Government of Response to the Computer Emergencies of Ukraine CERT-UA Nazar Timoshik told about it the YouTube channel of the State Security Service. Currently, Russian hackers are interested in Ukraine's activity in international sanctions against Russia. They want to know what steps Ukraine will take in this aspect.

"They want to know that Ukraine knows about Russian business, schemes or gray imports, as well as dark ways of bypassing sanctions to have time to prepare for protection against them," says Nazar Timoshik. Of course, the invaders are very interested in how Ukraine prepares for possible provocations at the Zaporozhye NPP by Russia. They are also interested in secret data and reports on the consequences of Russia's impact on the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station.

"They are even interested in the next officials of the officials on the arrival in a particular object. Having broken the mail, hackers can watch these reports and collect statistics on the success of drones and missiles for the game of the Russian Federation," Nazar notes.

According to the expert, even before the start of a large -scale invasion, Ukrainian cyberfactors noted that since the summer of 2021, Russian hackers, managed by special services of the Russian Federation, were already trying to deploy their activity at key objects of Ukrainian infrastructure. In case of successful invasions, they did not harm, but left the "bookmarks" so that they could later enter the system. And on February 24, they began to actively act.

According to a study by the US Cybersecurity Agency, Hackers have attacked the mobile devices of Ukrainian military personnel controlled by the Russian Defense Ministry, trying to steal confidential combat, which can help the invaders in the war against Ukraine. Earlier, Focus said that the SBU hackers were breaking the technique of Russians right on the front.
