The scandal began with the publication of Bezugar in January 2024, in which she accused the commander of the 10th Army Corps Vasyl Zubanych of heavy losses in the Armed Forces. The court's decision also shows the accusation of Bezugar that Zubanych failed the defense of Kharkiv region in 2022 and lost the city of Lisichansk. At the same time, the court obliged to pay the expenses for expert examination of 24 081,50 UAH.

Bezugla also has to pay a court fee in General Zubanych in the amount of more than UAH 6. 3 thousand. The complaint of the lawyer of People's Deputy Yana Babenko did not consider due to non -payment of collection. Zubanych, for its part, demands that she display the information she posted on her Facebook page and compensate him with moral harm.
