It was noted that employees aged 18 to 60 years of age should check the military accounting documents, namely a military ticket or a temporary certificate from the military, and a certificate of registration for conscripts from conscripts.

The Tax Code stressed that the legislative standards for military accounting should be observed by the heads of state bodies, local self -government bodies, institutions, organizations, enterprises and educational establishments, regardless of ownership. In addition, Ukraine provides for liability for violation of defense legislation, mobilization training and mobilization. This also applies to military accounting.
