The main purpose of the Russians is to undermine the spirit of Ukrainians. Commenting on the last attacks of the Russian Federation on Ukraine, the General stated that the Russians were trying to copy Ukrainians to some extent. At the same time, they quickly master a new tactic, so they beat: the Russians now try to capture or block all the logistics paths of the Ukrainian army. And blows to Ukrainian energy facilities play a particularly important role for the Russian Federation before winter.

According to General Malomuzh, it is important for Ukrainians to beat logistics in the deep and middle rear of the enemy, as well as in the frontal areas. It also means that the railway, oil refineries and Russian airfields should be attacked. "This is what really systematically reduces the striking opportunities of the Russian Federation in the peaceful Ukrainian population and the front," said Lightmark.

It is worth noting that the Russians have already started attacks on energy facilities in Ukraine. Thus, on September 8, a series of explosions was heard in the Trypillian TPP in the Kiev region, which is considered the largest power plant in the region. As a result, according to social networks, in some parts of the region there were interruptions with electricity.
