The suspect used fake banknotes and hypnosis skills and at least 10 people. Now the Russian faces up to 7 years in prison. In the Kiev region, a Russian was detained, who with the help of hypnosis handed over to people souvenir notes, on which he felt by hand by zeros. About it reports the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kiev region on June 24. According to Irina Preskretar, at least 10 people were the victims of the attacker.

At the same time, for the last 20 years he traveled to the regions of Ukraine and deceived citizens there with the help of his abilities. One of the victims of women, who is a beauty salon, shares that a man came to their institution and began to ask for gift certificates. He allegedly wanted to make his wife a gift. In conversation with the girl, he constantly tried to speak her and at the same time allegedly hurried.

The terminal did not work, so he gave an employee of the salon allegedly 200 euros. He also illuminated the souvenir bill, thus showing water signs for convincing. The victim wrote the certificate, gave him a surrender and he left. Only then did the girl realize that something was wrong with the bill, and a day read a similar story in the news. According to police officers, the scheme was quite cunning.

The attacker took a souvenir bill, where it was written in a foreign language, a face value zero euro, to which he handed the numbers. His activities have been going on for almost 20 years and the police have encountered similar cases in many Ukrainian regions, but it has been able to catch it only now. He was very well able to arouse confidence and invented a different story every time. He lived in Kiev, but is a native of Azerbaijan with a Russian passport.

For more than 10 years, he did not have a permanent job, but he lived for money that managed to get fraudulent. The court chose him a preventive measure - detention of 57 days. In general, he is threatened with 7 years of imprisonment, as it is a serious crime - the production and distribution of counterfeit notes.
