Russian troops in the temporarily occupied Mariupol and other regions of the captured Donetsk region prepare the so-called "mobilization", which can take place in the 20's of September. This will be reported by mayor Mariupol Petro Andryushchenko on Telegram. According to him, on the last day of August in the captured Mangus a meeting of Gauylizers took place.

He specified that from the Donetsk occupation "leadership" was an instruction to urgently restore military accounting in the Mariupol district. A similar indication from the Kremlin puppets was obtained, according to him, and in relation to Mariupol, but its execution was delayed for two weeks.
