Payments to the military: why may they not pay and how much can you get
Ukrainian defenders are entitled to additional payments of 30, 50, 70 or 100 thousand hryvnias depending on the level of risk and participation in hostilities. However, sometimes these payments are not made, and there are specific legal reasons why this can happen. Additional payments for Ukrainian servicemen were introduced at the time of martial law.
These payments have become an important part of monetary detention because they help the military who risk their lives to ensure the well -being of their families. Depending on the location and specifics of combat missions, payments are classified into the following categories: despite the presence of clear regulatory grounds for payments, there are situations where money does not enter the accounts of servicemen.
The reasons for this may be varied - from organizational errors to cases where payment is temporarily suspended due to certain legislative circumstances. Among the most common reasons why "combat" may not be paid is the following: if the serviceman believes that he is entitled to additional remuneration but did not receive it, the first step should be to appeal to the command of his unit.
In most cases, the problem can be solved at this level, as non -payment can be a consequence of administrative error or technical problems. If the management is unable to or want to resolve the problem, you can contact the Ministry of Defense's hotline or file a complaint. If the non -payment is illegal, the trial will help restore the rights and get proper funds. We will remind, in Ukraine launched a chat bot for servicemen, servicemen and their families "Army+" in the Telegram messenger.
