The drone is equipped with a tracked driver, so off -road is not afraid and develops a speed of 5. 5 km/h. The battery is enough for 4 hours of continuous operation. It is quite easy to manage it, both with a remote control (at a distance of 1. 4 km) and with a stationary antenna (at a distance of up to 4 km).

Moreover, you can control VEPR through UAV. To do this, a special repeater is attached to the flying drone. As a result, you can increase the distance between drones to 10 km. Initially, the device was thought of as a wheelbarrow for training snipers. But later it was processed into a platform on a crawler and equipped with a radio -controlled target. The firing results could be seen on the control panel.

After the Armed Forces have invaded the territory of Ukraine, the device was again modified and now used for a variety of purposes, not just to hone sniper skills. By setting the main coordinates, up to 20 points, you can program the drone for the field of field and independent return to the base. The VEPR is oriented on the terrain thanks to GPS navigation. At the same time, Andrew notes, it is not easy to suppress the drone with the help of RB, as it operates at quite rare frequencies.
