The Central Election Commission appealed to the SBU with a request to be criminally responsible for members of the CEC of the Russian Federation and other officials of the aggressor state who were involved in the organization of the election process in the occupied territories of Ukraine.

The results of the elections of the President of Russia in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhya, Kherson, Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, as well as in the city of Sevastopol are "worthless". Therefore, the election of Vladimir Putin is illegitimate by the President of the Russian Federation. This was reported by the press service of the Central Election Commission.

"During today's meeting, the commission emphasized the void of the" election results "of the President of the Russian Federation, in particular unlawfully organized and conducted in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, and therefore on the illegitimacy of" chosen "in such" elections "persons," the message reads.

The CEC specified that during the election process the technologies of psychological and physical coercion of citizens of Ukraine were used to the corresponding "will", which the invaders practiced earlier in the fake referendum on the accession of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the Russian Federation and pseudo-elections.

"Only those elections and their results, the organization and conduct of which were carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine and only formed and authorized by the laws of Ukraine by the bodies of their administration," - said in the Central Election Center can be considered legitimate in the territory of a sovereign independent independent Ukraine.

In addition, the chief elected body appealed to the Security Service of Ukraine for criminal liability of members of the CEC of the Russian Federation and other officials of the aggressor state, which organized and conducted the so-called elections of the President of the Russian Federation in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
