"There were three loud explosions at once in the district, some of them worked as a alarm of cars in the yards. At the same time, residents were informed about the sounds of explosions and the work of the air defense," the message said. According to the Russian Media Astra in the Tula region several explosions were thickened. According to the locals, I worked as aircraft. Later, explosions were also reported in the Kaluga region of Russia.
