Journalists found links between Russian weapons, smuggling chips and some outstanding personalities. The Russian Caliber missile is considered one of the most dangerous, and its production has not stopped, despite significant losses and sanctions. It, like many other Russian weapons, needs foreign components. One of the key components of the Caliber missile is the active radar head of self -esteem (ARGS).
This head is responsible for aiming a missile in the end phase of the flight: it identifies the target, determines its coordinates and transmits information to the missile system. Radar MMS is responsible for the production of ARGS for Caliber missiles and other missiles such as X-35 and X-59.
The history of "Radar MMS" has more than half a century: it was founded in the 1950s under the name OKB-275, it was engaged in the development of near navigation systems and blind landing for aircraft, as well as radar systems for ships and other equipment. But today it is focused on the production of management systems and guidance for high -precision weapons. Since the summer of 2022, the MMS radar has been sanctioned by the United States.
Nevertheless, journalists have found that the company still has access to the American microelectronics market. For its products, "MMS radar" buys components through the company "Incotech". The specialization of the latter is to supply electronic components to Russia.
The company's official website states that thanks to cooperation with leading manufacturers from the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia, "Incotech" is able to provide continuous supply to the largest enterprises of the military-industrial complex in Russia. Radar MMS is not the only defensive client of Incotech. For example, in the first year of the war, Kotlyn-innovator purchased components worth more than 1 billion rubles in Incotech.
The Kotlin-innovator specializes in the development of avionics and is considered one of the leading enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Russia. He is also a member of the Leninets Holding of the Turchak family - famous St. Petersburg businessmen. According to the holding report for 2022, production for "bone-innovator" increased 1. 5 times. Another client "Incotech" is the Scientific and Technical Center of the Radio Electronic Wrestling "Field-21".
This center has developed a complex of electronic wrestling, which was adopted in 2016 and tested in Syria. This complex is allegedly successfully suppressed Ukrainian drones and missiles using satellite navigation, and its radius is about 150 kilometers. It is important to note that these complexes are difficult to detect as they can be installed on mobile towers.
In addition, journalists found that the Central Design Bureau of the apparatus building purchased components through "Inkotech" in the amount of 90 million rubles. This enterprise is engaged in the production of radar stations for the anti-aircraft missile and harvest complex "Armory-C", which is used, for example, on the roof of the building of the Ministry of Defense in Moscow. Radar MMS manufactures active radar heads for caliber and other missiles.
This company has been under US sanctions since the summer of 2022. However, despite the sanctions, Radar MMS continues to have access to American microelectronics. An interesting point is that Alona Lugovtsova, who is marketing at the Kotlino-Innovator, also appears as the owner of "Ai Kue component". Maxim Vanuigin is the director of Ai Kue Component, who, as it turned out, works at Incotech. "Ai Kue component" was one of the leaders in importing dual -purpose chips to Russia. For example, only in 2023 did this company import components worth 3.
5 billion rubles, including American components. In July 2023, "Ai Kue component" came under sanctions, which led to the cessation of import. However, this did not stop "Incotech". They are now working with another mediator - track, whose import has increased after the sanctions on "Ai Kue component". Journalists say that the "track" phone coincides with the phone of Olga Schnova, co -owner of "Incotech".
It is noteworthy that the representatives of these companies refused to comment on information about the supply of components for missiles and the tools of the HRS bypassing sanctions.
