Recycled "Cornet": Experts told about the new Russian rocket of X-BLA

Russian propagandists claim that the rocket has been tested on the experimental sample of the KA-52M shock helicopter. And in the future, the ammunition is planned to be placed on a heavy drone C-70 "hunting". Russian propagandists mentioned the anti-tank missile of the X-BLA, which was presented in 2021. They say that despite the effectiveness of land anti -tank complexes, they have a number of restrictions, so this rocket is intended to eliminate them.

Defense Express has been told about what a Russian missile and what a threat she can carry. The experts noted that this ammunition is intended for installation on a shock helicopter KA-52M, as well as a number of drones, such as "Innogest", "Outpost", "Altyius", and in the future-on a heavy C-70 "hunting". The Russians said that the rocket has now been a successful test while installing a shock helicopter.

The X-ABL is a managed aviation rocket created on the basis of the anti-tank missile system "Cornet". Ammunition can carry cumulative warheads capable of punching 1100-1300 mm of armor, as well as thermobaric and hamter combat units. The developers claim that the rocket range reaches 10 km, with a warhead has a laser guide to defeat terrestrial armored vehicles and low -speed purposes in the air flying at low altitudes.

"UAV or helicopter using the X-BLA missiles can simultaneously fire them as two goals or release two rockets at once to one purpose to increase the chances of the defeat," experts emphasize. In fact, this launch mode, according to the Russians, makes it possible to "deceive" the active protection of armored vehicles, as both rockets are followed in one laser direction with a minimal delay so that the protection does not have time to respond to the second rocket.

Separately, experts pointed out that these rockets are equipped with upgraded KA-52M helicopters. According to the Russian side, these machines were armed in July this year, and in December there were already cases of their use at the forefront. Earlier it was reported that according to Polish observers, the Russian helicopter KA-52 "Alligator" was to become a symbol of the brilliant victory of the Russian Federation over Ukraine.
