Russian attack on Ukraine's infrastructure: GUR told about enemy plans

For attacks in Ukraine, the Russian Federation began to use more drones. The enemy can accumulate a rocket arsenal, consider in intelligence. The representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR MOU) Andriy Yusov believes that the Russian Federation is accumulating a missile arsenal for possible blows on Ukrainian energy infrastructure. He reported this during a telecommunication.

"To think that the maniac will not repeat the attempts to commit terrorist attacks this winter - there are no grounds," Andrei Yusov said. He noted that in recent times, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have become more likely to strike unmanned aircraft, while the use of missiles decreased. According to Yusov, invaders can accumulate a rocket arsenal in order to strike Ukrainian energy infrastructure after the cold and winter period.

The GUR representative urged to prepare for repeated attacks of the Russian Federation on civil infrastructure and critical objects. In his opinion, this is a probable scenario. Therefore, Ukraine needs more assistance and support, in particular, we are talking about increasing air defense systems. Such work is underway.

Andriy Yusov added that the war is ongoing, the Ukrainian military is fighting, continue to liberate their own territories, so this means that the Russian Federation can continue its terrorist attacks. We will remind, on October 12, the head of GUR MOV Kirill Budanov said that last year the Russian Federation could not create a blackout situation in Ukraine, so this year he will continue his attempts. According to him, Ukraine is again waiting for the battle for electricity.
