" According to eyewitnesses, the rockets allegedly flew to the area of Novodnistrovsk Hydroelectric Power Plant, located on the territory of Ukraine near the border with the Republic of Moldova. According to the Ukrainian side, about 6 am the rockets reached the western regions of Ukraine. In Rivne, Lviv and Volyn regions, about a million people were left without light, explosions were heard in Ivano-Frankivsk, Lutsk and Lviv regions. Damage was recorded in Vinnytsia region.
Earlier in the Moldova Ministry of Defense stated that modern missiles and drones are made from heavy -term composite materials, used at low and low altitudes, which complicates their detection even with modern radar systems.
