The fact that Russian troops attacked Odessa for the second day in a row, the military analyst Julian Ryopke called the maritime blockade after leaving the grain agreement on July 17. "The night bombardment of the Odessa port of the Russian Federation, in fact, introduced the Maritime blockade of Ukraine immediately after the end of the grain agreement on Monday," - said Ryopke, giving dry facts that 12 cargo vessels stuck in the ports of Odessa and Nikolaev. At the same time, no dry load has entered Ukraine since the beginning of recent Russian shelling. According to the analyst, what is happening is equivalent to the "rocket blockade".

According to him, the Russian military-political leadership does not dare to have a direct attack of merchant vessels, which go under the flags of other countries, but conducts shelling of the territory of Ukraine. Rocket and drone shelling makes it impossible to work grain trucks: ship insurers refuse to send them to areas where bombs regularly arrive. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation also fails to attack ships, fearing a counter -battery and fire.

And rockets are launched, in particular, from Crimea. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, commenting on new shelling of Ukrainian cities, said that terrorists were completely consciously chosen for their targeting infrastructure of the grain agreement.
