"One killed and twenty -three people are injured - prosecutors continue to record the effects of a rocket strike in the center of Pokrovsk," the message reads. The prosecutor's office noted that at 08:30 the enemy was fired at the Pokrovskaya Center. As of 17:00, it is known about a man who abandoned as a result of a hit. Another 23 people were injured in varying degrees of severity - contusion, slaughter, fractures, fragile wounds. They were provided with emergency medical care.

In addition, pre -trial investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out on violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office. On the morning of October 13, the Russian military struck the center of the Pokrovsk Donetsk region. According to the Acting Chief of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Igor Moroz, social infrastructure was injured as a result of the attack.

One of the missiles hit the building of the city department of social protection of the population during a working day. At the time of the impact, more than 50 employees and visitors were in the building. The National Police press said that the Russian attack of the UNSN, the social infrastructure, two medical facilities and two apartment buildings were as a result of the Russian attack.
