The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation hit Poltava: damaged locomotive depot and trains, there are problems with light (photo)

To spread: On the night of October 7, Russia struck massive blows on energy and railway infrastructure in Poltava and Sumy region. Due to the attacks, the objects were damaged, some of the population were left without light, and trains were temporarily delayed. According to the Vice Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine and the Minister of Community Development and Territories Alexei Kuleba, a locomotive depot, energy supply distance and traction substations were injured in Poltava.

Damaged administrative and warehouses, rolling stock, fires occurred, which rescued rescuers. Due to the attack, the trains of Kharkiv -Lviv, Lviv -Kharkiv and Kramatorsk -Lviv were temporarily delayed. Damage to the energy facility left over a thousand households in Poltava and surrounding villages without light. A similar situation is recorded in Sumy: damaged residential buildings, part of the city is de -energized.

There are headquarters of consequences on the ground, experts inspect the territories, restore energy and help people. Train movement is stabilized, critical infrastructure returns to work. "The goal of the enemy is obvious - Russia tries to make armed cold and darkness. The enemy wants to disrupt the heating season and paralyze the work of Ukrzaliznytsia, which remains the critical artery of the country. We continue to restore and move forward - despite everything," - wrote Alexei Kuleba.

We will remind that on the night of October 7 Russian drones attacked Poltava region, damaging administrative buildings, warehouses, railway rolling stock and residential buildings. Due to blows, more than a thousand people were left without light, trains have been partially changed. In Sumy region, attacks touched the border areas and cities. As a result of the blows, three civilians are injured, restorative work, energy supply and gas are gradually returned.
