Igor Koziy, a military expert of the Institute of Euro -Atlantic Cooperation, told this in an interview with Focus.

According to him, it is now possible to observe relative tranquility in terms of rocket attack by the Russian Federation. This indicates that the Russian economy is restarted. "What does this restart mean for us? How many real capacities will actually be involved in the war against Ukraine? These questions should be answered by the General Intelligence Directorate together with the Foreign Intelligence Service," Koziy said.

He also noted that the situation depends on how many rockets in the month of the Russian Federation will be able to run.
