Russian security forces assure that the serviceman has recruited Ukrainian special services. He allegedly wanted to have a sabotage on a ship with rocket weapons. Employees of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB) detained the Russian military who allegedly planned to arrange a terrorist attack on one of the ships of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation. This was reported on July 27 in the press service of the department.

It is reported that the ship on which the terrorist attack was allegedly planned was equipped with "high -precision missile weapons". The security forces detained a military serviceman of the naval fleet of the Russian Federation, who was allegedly recruited by Ukrainian special services. He found two homemade explosive devices with a total mass of equivalent kilogram of TNT.

The suspect was accused of preparing a terrorist attack, illicit trafficking of explosives or explosive devices, as well as state treason and disclosure of state secrets. He is threatened with possible life imprisonment. It should be noted that at the time of publication, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine did not comment on the FSB accusations that Ukrainian services allegedly recruited the Russian military.
