The Prime Minister added that the Ukraine's restoration program will be the largest project since World War II.

"The program will become a driver not only for the rapid growth of Ukraine, but also with a new impetus for the European economy," Shmigal said. According to the Prime Minister, the government, together with international partners, analytical centers and business, has developed the first draft of the restoration plan. Without waiting for the war, Ukraine began to restore infrastructure and a housing stock in the de -industrial territories.

On July 4, the Ukrainian delegation presented a plan for the restoration of Ukraine after a full -scale war with Russia at an investment conference in Swiss Lugano. The plan is designed for the next 10 years, in the process of which the Ukrainian leadership expects to implement 850 projects. The strategy involves the annual growth of Ukraine's GDP by 7%.
