Russian President Vladimir Putin is open to discussing the Agreement on Termination of Hydroosity in Ukraine with the newly elected US President Donald Trump.

The Kremlin also considers the possibility of withdrawal of troops from certain small areas of Kharkiv and Mykolaiv regions, but excludes any concessions about Crimea, which he considers its territory.
