Ranse rocket strike on the Dnieper: Ukrainians showed what the multi -storey one looks like (video)

The video author goes around the building and shouts whether someone needs help. The mayor of Filatov claims that the house has just been built and it is empty. According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Ova Lisak, the building was really not put into operation, so not residents but builders were injured. The inhabitant of the Dnieper rushed inside a 12-storey building, which the Russians hit July 28.

The man shot the video in the first minutes after hit-the recording was placed in the Telegram channel "Khdnipro". The record shows how the man sneaks the corridors of the damaged house. At the same time he can hear how he knocks on the door, asking if help is needed. Around - destroyed walls, broken windows, glass and debris are lying under their feet.

Together with the author of the recording on the corridors of the high -rise building, other citizens are moving - they came to help possible victims. It should be noted that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported where the Russians hit. According to him, the blow came across the SBU building. The video published by the head of the state shows a building, on the top floor of which is a cloud of smoke.

In addition, the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Igor Klimenko reported about five wounded-four men between the ages of 18 and 53 and a 77-year-old woman. There is no information about the dead. Dnipro Mayor Boris Filatov stated that a 12-storey building damaged by a Russian rocket was not inhabited-it was just added. The words of the mayor are confirmed by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Ova Sergey Lisak.

The official also suggested that most of the builders were among the victims because the building was not put into operation. He later supplemented the information: 9 people were injured in a total of two children aged 14 and 17 years, two 20-year-old women (they received acotrauma, that is, contusion). According to previous assumptions, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation could hit the Dnieper's ballistic missiles "Iskander". The air command has not yet confirmed this information.

We remind that Ukrainian investigators analyzed the activities of the Russian enterprise, which produces winged missiles. The investigation refers to the KB "Raduga", located 500 km from the borders of Ukraine. In the afternoon of July 28, there was an explosion in Taganrog in the Rostov region of the Russian Federation. The witnesses of the event assure that they heard two explosions, and at the site of the impact appeared a wine size 5 by 5 meters.
