Share: Late in the evening of October 31 and after midnight, Russia is massively attacked by drones. Against the background of the threats, the residents of the Moscow region and Tula began experiencing power outages. In the city of Zhukovsky in the Moscow region, located about 20 kilometers from the capital of Russia, electricity has completely disappeared. Local Telegram channels write about it.

"Due to the emergency situation on the power grids, the power supply to many addresses was cut off," the press service of the Zhukov administration reported. The network showed footage of blackouts in the Moscow region, and in particular in Zhukovsky. "Moscow region is losing its light," commented Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the NSDC, about the situation in Russia.

Drones also flew to Moscow: Mayor Sobyanin reported on social media that Russian air defense forces allegedly "repelled an attack" by a drone moving towards the capital of the Russian Federation. "Emergency services specialists are working at the site of the wreckage," said the Russian official. Also, power outages against the background of the drone attack were recorded in the Russian city of Tula, the regional center of the Tula region. The footage from Tula shows flashing lights on the streets.

Also around midnight, explosions rang out in Tula, local media reported. Russian monitoring channels warned about the movement of drones in the direction of the city. At the time of publication, an aerial alert continues in a number of regions of the Russian Federation due to the threat of drones. The consequences of the attack are established.
