"Oreshnik" is a myth and reality. What can and what a rocket that hit the Dnieper can
In Russia, they appeared in general (though wherever?) - a mysterious "border", hypersonic "oreshnik", no protection, on the place where there was once "Yuzhmash", already deeply a hole with groundwater . . . In short, all falling and trembling before all Putin… In fact, there is no intercontinental border missile. All this is the Kremlin Slovobluda around the sculpture of linen.
And "oreshnik" is - in the number of several experimental samples (earlier this development seemed to be called "cedar", the sequence of names is obvious, because the cedar gives nuts). Even with the Union, our KB "Southern" developed a project of intercontinental moving solid fuel missile system "Universal", but the implementation of the project was given to the Moscow Institute of Heat Engineering - they have always pulled us best from us. "Universal" was called "Poplar-M".
Then in Moscow he was modernized in the form of simplification - instead of three degrees he made two, he is now on a combat duty called "Yars". Healthy such a "fool" weighing 50 tons rides on an eight -haired tractor on the roads in the taiga, carries 4 warheads, a flight range of 6,000 km - can hit the states through the North Pole.
Somewhere in 2017, the media was written in the media that the modernization of "Yars" - they want to make a new platform for breeding warheads to increase their flight speed, which will complicate the interception of systems about. This was to become a "border" - in a non -imperia, apparently, when the rocket is painted in a new camouflage, it is also called its new product and breakthrough in the world rocket.
But the money was not enough at the time - everyone was given to the Avangard hypersonic battle block. After the invasion of Ukraine, money was probably found and ideas for the "turn" were realized. The Institute of Heat Engineering took the tested structure of "Yars", reduced it by a quarter, reworked the platform of breeding and increased the number of combat blocks-instead of 4 became 6. Accordingly, the tractor received 6 axes instead of 8.
And the range also decreased-thousands to 3-4 approximately. In my opinion, it was this rocket, which was urgently called "Oshshnik" and came out for flight tests. The Russians clearly warned about the US test, closed the airspace - everything is suitable. Only, the monsters of such, instead of the landfill, were launched by an experimental rocket on a million Dnipro, on the Yuzhmash (on the US Embassy in Kiev, as they frightened, they did not risk).
And then Putin and other propagandists began the hysterical campaign of intimidation - we will hit the Verkhovna Rada, in the Yavoriv landfill, in Poland and where we want. Although the fighting units flew at all without explosives, although at high speed - the pits from the blows are very deep (there are some more nuances that do not want to discuss the appearance of official infla).
The combat efficiency of the "Oshshnik" without nuclear equipment is extremely doubtful - it is like a career dump truck to carry pizza. The accuracy will be a plus-minus 100 meters, and even worse, and the usual explosives can be carried about 100 kg-like the Russian Tornado Fire system, which they use from the beginning of the invasion. Tornado missiles are also extremely difficult to intercept.
We do not despair from the enemy of such weapons? Not to mention Triton cabins? By the way, all those missiles that have been attacked for three years are carrying more explosives than the warheads of "Oresshnik". In turn, all these missiles can carry nuclear weapons. Yes, Oresshnik warheads have a speed of 7-10 sound speeds, it is a real hypersonic, so the video is so spectacular.
But again I repeat: the warhead of any major ballistic rocket falls on hypersvin, it is elementary physics, there is nothing extraordinary or irresistible. And such rockets can be knocked down. It is best to cope with the zatmospheric anti -rocket complexes such as American Taad or Israeli Hetz. But we will hardly be given them. Because the story of the intimidation of the "Oshshnik" will soon decline, and the real threat to it is not critical.
