"Flamingo" in Tuapse: what does the gap from the missile of the Armed Forces of Ukraine look like and is there a similarity with the "Dagger" of the Russian Federation (photo)
On the night of November 10, a Flamingo missile hit the beach in the Russian port of Tuapse, according to a post by an OSINT analyst on the Dnipro Osint ⟨Pumpkin⟩ Telegram channel. A video posted online showed a bright flash during an attack by naval drones. The analyst carried out geolocation of the outbreak and explained that it was going along berth 167 in the western part of the strategic object of the Russian Federation.
The post about the possible arrival of the "Flamingo" appeared in the afternoon of November 10, half a day after the raid. The photo shows a hole of unspecified diameter and depth on the beach. The OSINTer wrote that the coordinates of the impact point are 44. 086115833384646, 39. 08327240629363. At first, the author of the post did not specify which means of damage he was talking about.
After that, he published a photo of a possible strike by a Dagger missile of the Russian Armed Forces and wrote that Dagger and Flamingo are "brothers for the ages. " "Pumpkin" set the coordinates of the arrival at the port of Tuapse, according to one of the previous posts. If you mark the coordinates of the observer as 44. 10040125871804, 39. 05830293365155, then the zagrava, which was noticed on the video, may have coordinates, approximately, 44. 09747, 39. 05331.
The distance between pier 167 and the breakwater from "Flamingo" is about 2 km. At the same time, the "Eye of Horus" channel noted that the Ukrainian weapon almost reached 100 fuel tanks: approximately, they missed by 1. 1 km. The command has not yet confirmed the use of Flamingo missiles to strike targets on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Meanwhile, on the morning of November 10, a series of photos and videos appeared on the Internet, in which the Russians confirm the attack in Tuapse: the port and the railway were on fire. It should be noted that in November the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke twice about the use of Flamingo missiles. In the first case, it was about an attack on the temporarily occupied Crimea. According to the head of state, the Defense Forces, among other things, used the Neptune missile.
Analysts previously established that Ukraine attacked, most likely, the base of the FSB of the Russian Federation: then they hit, for example, boats near the pier. It was indicated that three "Flamingos" were flying, two missiles were hit, and the third missed. At the site of the impact, a 15 m gap was noticed, according to the explanation of the analysts. Another case mentioned by Zelenskyi is its use in conjunction with the Ruta missile drone: other details are not known.
Meanwhile, in October, the Russians showed the wreckage of what appeared to be a Flamingo missile, which they discovered on the territory of the Russian Federation. The photo shows the remains of the electronics and the black case. The experts explained that the photos do not confirm the use of the means of destruction, since unrealistic markings got into the frame.
