Dmitry Peskov argues that the "unpredictable actions" of the Ukrainian side allegedly "potentially poses a threat" in the mentioned region. "Therefore, of course, such statements are directly dangerous," the Kremlin speaker said.

We will remind, on July 17 in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation confirmed the termination of the "grain agreement". The Russian Foreign Ministry representative Maria Zakharova said that this means the recall of safety of navigation in the Northwestern Black Sea. Later, the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Russia added that since July 20, vessels heading to the Black Sea in the ports of Ukraine will be considered as potential carriers of military goods.
