Russian weapons created special ammunition for drones: what is known

According to Russian sources, new ammunition was created taking into account aerodynamic features of different types of UAV. Russian troops operating in Ukraine began to receive new ammunition, which correspond to the technical characteristics of the drones from which they are launched. Previously, grenades and mines that did not correspond to the aerodynamics of drone were attached to the UAV, now the ammunition was released, taking into account the features of different types of UAV.

This was reported on August 23 with reference to Russian sources by Defense Mirror. "Factory ammunition has already begun to come to the front. We begin to learn and work with them slowly. We are developing our ammunition - fugas, fragile," - said the UAV preparation instructor of the Western military district of the Russian Federation.

The publication states that Russian servicemen learn to use these ammunition in the conditions of obstacles of radio electronic struggle, adjust the fire, and fix fire damage. We will remind, in Ukraine actively work on the creation of an analogue of the most dangerous Russian drone-Kamikadze "Lancet". According to Viceremier Mikhail Fedorov, developers have a clear vision when and how many Ukraine will receive drones similar to the Russian model.
