In Kherson, the President had a meeting with a military command on the situation in key fighting areas

During his working trip to the Kherson region, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with a military command on topical issues on the forefront. In particular, the meeting was attended by: Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny, Head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Sergey Shaptala, Commander of the Marines of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuri Sodol, commander of Odessa Andrey Gnatov.

The head of state heard the report of the Armed Forces Commissar on the general operational situation on the forefront, providing Ukrainian defenders with weapons and ammunition. The President was reported on defensive actions in the Avdeevsky direction and unsuccessful attempts of storms by the enemy, which led to record losses in the living strength and technique of the Russian aggressor. The participants of the meeting also analyzed the situation in the Kupyansk direction.
