" According to the political scientist, China has advocated and will advocate for the conventional conduct of war and will not allow Russia to be used even tactical nuclear weapons, because it threatens the safety of the world, and therefore economic development of the PRC. On the other hand, Beijing is interested in the long war between Russia and Ukraine, because it weakens all three competitors: the Russian Federation, the USA and the general "Western world".
