Recrease register and e-military ticket: Umerov announced the digitalization of the Ministry of Defense

The Defense Ministry plans to introduce an electronic military ticket, create a single register of conscripts, and digitalize the VLK. On Wednesday, September 6, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov said, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

According to the plans, all processes within the framework of military medical commissions (VLK) must be implemented in digital format. "VLK-this abbreviation in today's sense should remain in the past," the minister said at the plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada. "The task is to digate all processes, to launch a single register of conscripts, which will exclude any corruption risks. " According to Umerov, everything that can be translated into electronic format must be translated.

All data on a specific serviceman should be in the figure - whether a military ticket, whether the results of the VLK, whether it is hospital entries, whether it is data from the electronic journal, or a report for the military. On September 6, the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada supported the proposal of President Vladimir Zelensky to appoint Rustem Umerov with the new Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
