However, the doctors then reported that they failed to save the Russian official, and he died.

Journalists report that the deceased 66-year-old Ananiev was the deputy head of the administration of the Arkhangelsk region. He also headed the Department of Improvement of Public Administration, and in 2022 the deceased was the responsible secretary of the conscript commission, conducted briefings in live broadcasts on the topic of mobilization in Russia.
