Feeding 35 years: a courtyard near a woman's home in the US occupied the "Army of Raccoon" (video)

Kitsepe's American in Washington has been feeding animals for many decades. However, recently, a whole "army" of raccoons, which began to deal with her serious problems, was drawn to her yard. A huge group of raccoons in more than 100 individuals occupied a one woman in Kitsep County, Washington. After she was unable to leave her home because of the aggressive behavior of animals, she turned to local law enforcement officers, The Daily Mail writes.

Journalists write that the cause of this was the excessive kindness of a woman who had fed these animals for 35 years and had never had problems. However, six weeks ago the situation changed. "Somehow, they learned this in the country of raccoons, and they all came to her house in anticipation of food," said Sheriff's spokesman Kitsep Kevin McCarthy, adding that when they received a call for help from an unhappy woman who stated that raccoons had been blocked her in the car in her yard.

Arriving at the place, the police were shocked when they saw a huge group of raccoons, which, however, behaved quite quietly. A frightened woman told the police that she had never seen so many animals in her life, and several of them were quite aggressive. The officers advised her to contact the wildlife protection department to resolve this situation. Further, according to journalists, the owner of the land was asked to turn to private hunters who are caught by wild animals.

After the appeal, they stated that they were ready to do this and demanded $ 500 for every caught animal, which in general could cost a woman of tens of thousands of dollars. At the same time, neighbors have confirmed that the raccoons have been around the house of an unhappy woman for over a month. One of them stated that his dog fought several times with fluffy cheeks, and on the main road leading to the place of residence of humans, he saw the bodies of several animals.

Another neighbor of the unhappy woman, Wendy Kronk, said that there were also several uninvited guests in her yard. She hopes that the neighbors will already help solve this problem, the media indicate that the local department of wildlife protection states that the main reason for such actions of raccoons was their feeding. As the animals received a constant food source, they began to gather more and more actively until their number became critical.

The representative of the local department of Bridgeeta Mayer says that due to the large accumulation of animals, it also contributes to the spread of diseases that carry raccoons. In addition, due to such an invasion of animals, they lose their vigilance, which will mean the possible appearance of predators near the mass stay of animals.

Mayer is convinced that the best way to counteract the "arrogance" of animals is to install a fence in cities and orchards, as well as cleaning areas from food residues from uninvited guests. With her opinion, the Sheriff McCarthy Sheriff's local department, who says "everything is very simple - do not feed wild animals. " As of now, it is unknown whether the unfortunate woman, whose territory was such a few raccoons, got rid of them.

The animal protection service has now reported that she was looking for ways to help the landlords. We will remind, on February 8 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine saved and sheltered the raccoon. According to the Ukrainian defender, the animal, which was named Slavko, becomes more social and "creates chaos". CyberNews wrote that raccoons attack Tesla Cybertruck, confusing them with garbage cans.
