The Kremlin Chairman rarely visits other countries after the start of a full -scale invasion of Ukraine and then, as the International Criminal Court (ICS) in March, he issued a warrant for his arrest because of suspicion of illegal deportation of hundreds of Ukrainian children. The Kremlin, in turn, rejects these accusations. It will be the first trip of the Russian leader abroad after the ICS warrant is issued.

"At the invitation of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sdira Zhaparov, on October 12 this year, President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, will make an official visit to the country," - said in the publication of the Presidential Administration of KR. In May, during the negotiations with Zhaparov, Putin agreed to visit Kyrgyzstan, but there was no official confirmation from the Kremlin about the visit of the Russian president. Next week, Putin's trip to China is expected.
