According to Oleksandr Kubrakov, thousands of tons of grain were destroyed as a result of a hostile attack by "Shahaneda" in the Odessa region. On August 23, the Minister of Community and Infrastructure Development and Infrastructure reported that during a night attack on the port of Izmail, the Russian Federation destroyed 13 thousand tons of grain, which was appointed Egypt and Romania. Several private grain terminals and warehouses, freight infrastructure were damaged at once.

According to Kubrakov, Russia is trying to stop the export of agricultural products, so it systematically beats grain containers and warehouses of Ukraine. "Only for the night, the export capacity of Izmail was reduced by 15%, before that was Reni's port and 35,000 tonnes of grain destroyed there. Today, 8 at the score of an attack on port infrastructure after Russia exit from grain initiative. The ports have destroyed 270 thousand tons of grain, ”the minister said.

According to him, the countries of Asia and Africa lack food. Attacks on grain infrastructure of Ukraine are attacks on food markets that have already responded after stopping the grain initiative with rising wheat prices. And the world has to understand it. "To prevent greater destruction is not only Ukraine but also the world. Powerful protection systems for our ports are something that can break their plans. Ukraine is fighting and the world has to fight with us," - said Alexander Kubrakov.
