However, there should be no Russian military in the station, but it was not possible to agree. According to the Head of State, the Administration of the United States Expature of America, Joe Baiden, proposed Ukraine to stop attacks on Russian energy facilities.

In turn, Volodymyr Zelenskyy suggested that Russia would cease its strikes on Ukrainian energy. "I communicated openly with other leaders. And the Americans said, yes, we are ready not to shoot on energy on both sides, but that didn't happen because Russia is not interested," he added.
