Salvation in cellars: Why is it a reliable shelter for 90 percent of shelling

In the information space, information that cellars now cannot serve as a reliable shelter has spread. The military observer Alexander Kovalenko categorically disagrees with this and explains that in 90 percent of cases the cellars still work as safe shelter during air anxiety. The other day, SES representatives made a number of statements that, on the one hand, it is important and useful to listen, and on the other - they were very, very strange.

It is a report that the cellars and rule of "two walls" are no longer saved and more reliable and specialized places are needed to save life, such as bombos and subway. Of course, from such statements of our citizens, who, from news and sleepless nights, are in endless, convulsive stress, floated even more. Although there is nothing in this regard to this, but it was said with minimal empathy and insufficient explanation - a minimal explanatory base. The cellars are not rescued.

The cellars do not save from what? Consider the main means of lesions that are used for the terror of civilian population of Ukraine. And these remedies include both Kamikadze drones and rocket drugs. The most dangerous means of the defeat was, and will be the ballistic and aerobalist missiles 9m723 OTRC "Iskander" and X-47M2 "Dagious", as well as the wing X-22/32. The danger of 9M723/X-47M2 is that these rockets as a combat part use five hundred and Betab-500 concrete bombs.

In fact, a dive at the right angle of such a rocket with such a bchm makes it possible to punch not only a multi -storey building through, but also deepened into the basement, followed by detonation. The threats remained the same, as well as the opportunity to avoid them.

And the basement is a rescue of 90% of all the above threats. Unfortunately, many near the house have no bomb shelters, especially the subway. Casement and parking for many are the only places for shelter.

But when it sounds unambiguous - the basement does not save, people finally melt: why get up in the middle of the night and go down into a raw, dirty basement, if it does not save - anything will happen! In turn, our compassionate media headlines with such context spoiled the most fat font with hypertrophied attention to the striking content torn out of the context.
