Due to "force majeure" on the refinery: in Russia massively stops the gas stations-Roszmi
7% and amounted to only 15. 6 thousand tons-this is a minimum rate since 2023. The implementation of A-95 also fell by 15. 5%, to 12. 06 thousand tons. In general, the volume of gasoline exchange trades decreased by almost a fifth of - to 27. 7 thousand tons. The main reason is the unplanned stops of large Russian oil refineries, which in recent weeks one by one announce the "force majeure" and stop shipment of fuel.
The causes of stops are not officially disclosed, but experts associate the situation with the attacks of Ukrainian drones on infrastructure. As a result, regional gasoline reserves are rapidly depleted. The deficit on the exchange struck primarily on independent gas stations. While large networks remain in priority with suppliers, small operators are forced to roll retail sales.
Already on September 16, two independent networks, each of which combines about 20 gas stations, suspended free sale of fuel and went to work only on long -term contracts. The situation is worsened by high seasonal demand: in September-October farmers traditionally buy large amounts of fuel for harvesting work.
According to Kommersant, market participants fear that gasoline supplies will be delayed in the next weeks through repair work on refineries, and some of the contracts concluded at the end of August are not provided with real volumes. We will remind, regular blows of Ukrainian UAVs on oil and gas facilities in Russia deprives it of the main source of financing of war.
