According to the press service of the Deposit Guarantee Fund, after the temporary administration and successful completion of all procedures, the alpha-bank was transferred to the state. The activity of the temporary administration in JSC "Sens Bank" was terminated after three days of work. So they decided in the Executive Directorate of the Deposit Guarantee Fund. This is stated on the Fund's website.

"The Foundation successfully completed all procedures within the temporary administration in the bank and handed its shares to the state," the statement said. Appointed by the Ministry of Finance and agreed with the National Bank representatives of the Board and the Supervisory Board of the Bank; The contract of sale and purchase of shares of the financial institution was concluded, the director-manager of the Foundation Svetlana Recruit said.

The Fund's press service noted that all formalities for the transition of the bank to the state of the state are now being settled. On July 20, the NBU leadership proposed the government to nationalize the "meaning of the Bank" (former "Alfa-Bank"), which was owned by oligarchs from the Russian Federation, for which sanctions were imposed. After the temporary administration from the Deposit Guarantee Fund, the Government of Ukraine decided to nationalize the Bank.
