"According to the decision of the Kremlin in each municipal formation of the subjects of the Russian Federation, zonal centers of military-patriotic education and preparation of citizens for military service should be formed," the CNS reads. According to the data, the invaders intensify the activities of regional branches of the All-Rosya Children and Youth Public Movement "UNARMIY" in the occupied territories of Zaporozhye and Kherson region by coercion.
Their primary purpose is to change the self -identification of young people in order to create a more favorable attitude towards the Russian Federation, and then involve them in the ranks of the enemy. According to sources, within the framework of the above program, the administration of the occupied Sevastopol intends to create a training and methodological center of military-patriotic education of young people under the name "Avangard" within the Patriot Park.
The construction of this center is scheduled for the period from 2025 to 2027. According to the Kremlin authorities, about 5,000 Ukrainian children from the occupied peninsula can be trained every year in the Center. The main task of such centers is to provide services for the organization of military-patriotic education of young people and the promotion of military service, as well as other forms of civil service.
