Deputy Minister of Community and Infrastructure Development Sergey Derkach on his Facebook told about the peculiarities of booking the employees of the transportation companies. He said that in a year and a half, the Ministry's booking mechanism received about 500 applications from carriers to recognize criticality, in particular, in 2023 - no more than 40. In order to obtain the status of critically important enterprise, two of the seven criteria must As before - three.

Also, due to changes to the Cabinet Resolution No. 76, it is easier to submit a package of documents, you need to have an appropriate license and be without tax debt. Also amended by the Order of Ministry No. 303, it was signed and will be published after registration at the Ministry of Justice, is expected next week. The order expanded the list of enterprises that could be submitted for critical status. It is about carriers who perform irregular transportation and bus stations. The need to confirm the registration of employment with employees 180 days before the submission of documents was also abolished.

"All changes to the 303rd order will take effect after the registration of the Act by the Ministry of Justice. This means that it is possible to submit packages of documents to the Ministry, taking into account these changes only after the updated order has come into force," he explained. Derkach added that the status of critical could not receive any FOP.
