To spread: on June 15, the Defense Forces of Ukraine successfully attacked the production of unmanned aerial vehicles in the city of Elabuga, in the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation. This object of the Russian military-industrial complex is used for the manufacture, testing and launch of shock drones. In particular, it is about UAVs that attack the energy and civilian infrastructure of Ukraine, the General Staff said.

The department confirmed that Ukrainian drones had reached the area. The results of the attack are clarified. "Defense forces continue to take all measures to undermine the military-economic potential of the Russian invaders and force the Russian Federation to stop armed aggression against Ukraine," the publication reads. It should be noted that in Elabuz there is a Russian military plant, built in 2023.

In particular, it produces shock drones "Shahaned" and reconnaissance drones of the type "Albatros". In the morning of June 15, Tatarstan announced the "Kover" regime because of unknown drones, which locals saw in Pureopol and Elabuzi, the Russian media reported. According to eyewitnesses, they heard a roar, after which black smoke began to rise into the sky. The locals also published photos of smoke over the city on social networks and reports on the evacuation of the hostel residents.
