The GUR showed footage of sabotage on the Trans-Siberian highway in the Russian Federation (video)

Share: On November 13, Ukrainian military intelligence officers conducted a special operation that blocked the movement of trains on the Trans-Siberian highway. The explosion rang out near the settlement of Sosnivka near Khabarovsk, paralyzing traffic on the key railway artery of the Russian Federation, which supplies weapons and ammunition, including from North Korea.

The spies showed footage of the special operation on the official pages of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. First, reconnaissance was conducted in the area, after which the mission participants planted three explosive devices with controlled remote detonation. A powerful explosion rang out during the approach of the echelon, as a result of which the freight train went down the slope, and the railway track was also damaged.

Eyewitnesses write that explosions could be heard for a long time, and emergency services cars rushed to the scene. The local authorities explained the noise on the railway as "repair works", and later reported some changes in the movement of trains. "Kremlin special services once again demonstrate their inability to ensure effective control over even the most critical infrastructure facilities for the occupiers.

Work on dismantling the enemy's logistical capabilities continues!" — emphasized in GUR MOU. This is not the first such diversion. In July of last year, members of the Atesh guerrilla movement blew up a railway near the Russian city of Yekaterinburg, which was used to transport North Korean ammunition. For a long time, journalists and even repairmen were not allowed to the place of the event on the Trans-Siberian.
