The City Council says that the Russians have installed memorial plaques with the names of the invaders in two schools, and one of them put a bronze monument. In Mariupol, the occupying authorities heroes the Russian military who have seized and practically destroyed the city. About it reports Mariupol City Council. It is noted that the occupants are trying to promote their propaganda primarily through schools.

Thus, two schools of the temporarily occupied city installed memorial plaques in honor of the dead Russian military, and one of them even erected a bronze monument. For example, at school №65 a memorial plaque is dedicated to former student Sergei Anikayev, who in 2014 moved to the side of the enemy and fought for the DNR. It is noted that the Mariupol resident participated in the capture of the city together with the Russian military and died last May.

The Mariupol City Council says that now his Porter hangs on the wall of the school, and children are told that he fought with "neo -Nazis". Another plaque was installed in front of school # 7. It is noted that in July it was renamed in honor of the Russian military Roman Kutuzov, who allegedly "released" the city. The occupier was killed last June. In addition to the memorial plaque, the occupying authorities decided to install a bronze bust in his honor.

The city council emphasizes that Russia is trying to impose a distorted history to residents, and is killed into heroes. We will remind, Russian military in Mariupol again use civilians as a "live shield". Due to the constant work of air defense, they moved their live power and ammunition depots into residential quarters. In particular, on December 28, the adviser to Mariupoli Petro Andryushchenko reported that a Russian ammunition was torn between residential buildings.
