Citizens cannot find out whether the Tax Code is planning to deprive them of driving the car, the lawyer Valentina Slobodyanyuk explained. Tercenters (TCCs) from the fall of 2024 began to go to court against citizens who violated the rules of military accounting. At the same time, the courts have made only one decision that restricted the right to driving a car. The portal spoke about court decisions on restricting the rights of citizens because of the offenses complained of. The State Register revealed 41 such a case. The reason for the appeals is violation of the rules of military accounting. A possible punishment that was asked for military committees is a temporary restriction of the right to driving a car. As it turned out, there is only one positive decision in the case, analysts said.

According to the court's decision, the man is restricted in the rights until he fulfills the requirements of the framework of the acquisition concerning military accounting. There is another option - if the troops agree to withdraw the claim, they indicate "OPENDABOT". The other cases of the judge were returned, the article is said. The reason for such decisions - the Tax Code did not pay the court fee, testify to the case file.

It is explained that for payment and provision of relevant documents is given five days. The lawyer Valentina Slobodyanyuk explained why the military committees did not bring the restriction on the restriction of rights. According to her, in 2024 the costs of the Tax Code did not put the cost of court fees. Therefore, the money is not paid, and the courts do not complete the consideration. She also warned that everything would change in the new year and there would be no return.

"In 2025, such an item of expenses should appear in the Budgets of the Tax Code, respectively, and the chances of success in the courts will increase," she said. The lawyer also noted that citizens could not find out whether the defendants are described. The reason for this situation is deed, that is, the name is not indicated: a person is not aware of the situation and is not told. The only way to get information is through the Judicial Services Services or through the EDU Cabinet, it added.
